Humans – Wensley Piqué

On Friday 28 October 2022, performer and theater maker Wensley Piqué will close the BAM month with his performance 'Humans' in the Grote Kerk in Veere. Piqué developed a theatrical installation in which an encounter is central. How do we view people? How quickly do we form an image of the other? Starting from the psychology of the first impression, he enters into a conversation with the audience.

Wensley Piqué graduated as a directing and theater teacher at the Toneelacademie Maastricht. Wensley participated in the Popster! With his performance Granm'ma, he was a regular player with theater group DOX and performed at Oerol, the Parade, and Theater Festival Boulevard. He has a passion for connecting people and between people and nature.
