Frank Bradford Morse was born in 1921 in the United States. During World War II, he worked for the US Army from 1942 to 1946 as a Second Lieutenant. Afterwards, Morse became a lawyer, politician, member of Congress and head of the United Nations Development Programme. He died in Florida, USA, in 1994.
