Marieke is an advisor, supervisor, mediator and team coach. She was previously the general manager of the Dutch Red Cross and worked at the National Postcode Lottery.

Marieke became a board member because she greatly appreciates the attention that the Roosevelt Foundation can give to courageous people all over the world with the Four Freedoms Awards.
